Terms of Use

All customers must be at least 18 years of age.

Customer agrees to not solicit, advertise, and/or market any products and/or services to any event participant during the event.

The venue for any event may be changed, but the new venue will be within 30 miles of the original venue.

Cancellation Policy:

To cancel your First Reactions event, please fill out our Contact Us form. In the message, give us your first and last name and specify which ticket you are cancelling.

6 or more days before event day: the customer receives a full refund minus minimal $4 administrative fee.
Between 3 and 5 days before event day: the customer receives a partial refund of 60%.
Less Than 3 days: Sorry, no refunds or credits; however, we encourage you to invite a friend of the same gender to use your ticket instead.
